Having
more than enough money for yourself does not mean that you are enjoying life.
Some people hardly have anything yet they live freely and happily. It’s funny
how Most of the rich people really struggle with life especially on health matters.
To many health programs are a new thing; they carry them out, trying to manage certain
conditions like diabetes or cancer. I sometimes wonder how life is... I
usually say that God is not fair “I understand He is
not". I know he is JUST, otherwise he would have been sending equal
amounts of rainfall to all people on earth. Now, it’s a Fact , we cannot change
the past be we can change the present and the future. What can one do to
have a better life free from turmoils.
1. Put God first in your life
When
planning your activities, do not let God be the last. It’s always wise to make him
first. Putting him last will mean that you have put yourself first and things
never work that way. It is like putting the cart before the horse.
2. Think of others before thinking of yourself
As much
as we need to go up, we need to go down first. If you want to make a high jump,
you must go down first. The more you go down the higher you jump. Just try it
now. I mean humble yourself and you shall be exalted. Do not exalt yourself,
otherwise you will not be forces to humble yourself but you will be abased.
3. Treat others well
Do not be
deceived that you can do evil and get away with it. You may mistreat that
office cleaner thinking that you are too rich to become one, yet I tell you the
truth that you will reap what you sow. Whatever seed you sow dies
then rises in another body. When you sow mistreatment and you reap a
mistreatment (Cancer, HBP, Diabetes and that one!!!.... Name it), in another
body! Probably From that Just God who is never fair. At the hospital,
undergoing chemo’s, you will just be as miserable as that poor person you
underpaid to get money for your luxury house. I regret you did it,,,
4. Be a giver
The
principle of increase states that whoever wishes to gather should be willing to
scatter. A seed at hand remains just a seed until it’s sown. A dollar at hand
remains a dollar until it’s given out. When something leaves your hand, it does
not leave your spirit. It only goes to look for friends and will soon bring
them in to your life. If a shilling leaves your hands, it finds others and they
come as shillings. If you hold it to yourself, it will never bear any
fruit. Give what you don't need to they that need it. Why should they take a
loan to buy a car when you have one you do not need. I think God did not want
people to be borrowers. He created people with all what everyone needs, its
only that those who have what you need are finding it hard to give to you just
as you are finding it hard to give that what they need..
Finally
learn that life is not about having wealth. It’s all about sowing and reaping.
